My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
It’s a long way! And sometimes I struggle to find the motivation to go for even quick workouts, so this will hurt going 10 days back to back.
I like testing myself to see what I’m capable of, to keep growing and inspiring those around me Especially my daughter.
I’m doing the Noosa Triathlon on November 3rd. This will be a good way to really push myself towards the end of the training and make the event day seem so much easier. 4 days rest should be enough, aye?
