We’re Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge Pty Ltd (ABN: 17 677 085 808) (“NUC”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and we’re responsible for Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge, which is a campaign designed to push the limits of human endurance and inspire collective action leading to a healthier lifestyle for Australians, while raising money for homelessness prevention in Australia, with all donations from this campaign (unless specified otherwise) going to We Are Mobilise Limited (ABN: 50 638 610 929).
Why we are collecting your personal information
We are collecting your personal information in connection with Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge to:
- facilitate your participation in Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
- communicate with you about Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
- market and promote Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
- market and promote the brands, products and services of the partners and sponsors of Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
- allow our sponsors and partners to communicate with you, and to market and promote their brands, products and services, in connection with Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge
- record and potentially publish your feedback and reviews
- enhance our websites, apps and services (including through data analytics)
- investigate and respond to any complaint you may make
- comply with our legal obligations
If you do not provide your personal information you will not be able to enjoy the full benefits of participating in Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge, including accessing any rewards (if any) that our sponsors or partners may decide in their absolute discretion to offer in connection with Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge.

- Bursty Company Pty Ltd (Bursty), which is one of our Australian based related bodies corporate, who is providing marketing services to us in connection with Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge (see Bursty's Privacy Policy)
- We Are Mobilise Limited (Mobilise), which is an Australian charity raising funds to help people experiencing homelessness in Australia, in the event you donate (or express an interest in donating) funds to Mobilise in connection with Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge (see Mobilise's Privacy Policy)
- sponsors and partners of Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge (for example, where you are an existing customer of one of our sponsors or partners and they wish to contact you in connection with Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge)
