My Challenge is to Run 1 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I don’t normally run but I got inspired watch Nedd on mums phone and how far he ran when his legs looked so sore. I liked that he is raising all the money for people who don’t have a home and not for himself.

Saturday 26th Oct Maya was up all night vomiting.. And is still vomiting now. When we moved from the bed to the couch she said ’what about my run? Will I just do that tonight?’ I explained that she probably won’t be able to run today and she is devastated.. poor little poppet!

Wednesday 23rd Oct This morning Maya woke me up at 4:40am to let me know that she was ready for her run. She runs with a smile and every time it get a little hard says out loud, ‘come on Maya’ haha she’s so cute.. it works though, she says it and the fires off and she’s away. We are so proud of her. Wednesday 16th Oct Maya watched Nedd’s video off instagram and asked why he would do that and keep going if everything hurt. She said ‘he needs to go to the doctor mum’ when I explained to her how he was doing it to raise money for people who aren’t as lucky as we are, people who don’t have a home or a bed to sleep in she asked if she can do it as well. I explained how it will be very hard but that is the point and if does it she needs to push through. Maya replied ‘yes, yes, yes.. I want to run 20 kilometres’. As Maya is only 7 we decided on 1 kilometre a day.Thank you to my Sponsors
