My Challenge is to Do 160 Burpees EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm having a crack at 1600 burpees in 10 days, matching Nedd’s kms with burpees.
*I’ve now raised the bar to 2000 burpees in 10 days.
I’ll be trying to raise a few dollars and important awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping those experiencing homelessness.

Wednesday 30th Oct Knocked over the last 200 this morning which felt amazing. Thanks to my gym fam who helped me punch out the last 50 or so.
