Hey all,
Like many of you, I was glued to Nedd Brockman’s lastest uncomfortable challenge and I am inspired to push myself beyond my daily comfort zone (dog walking).
I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.
If you feel like chipping in a little bit towards this cause and supporting me in getting up off my butt and pushing a little harder each day, I’d really appreciate it. I usually have (lots of) rest days between running as I find my joints need it so running 3kms everyday will be a mental as well as a physical challenge. But as the legend Nedd said, ‘we are capable of doing so much more’.
