My Challenge is to Complete an Olympic Distance Triathlon EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Despite having completed triathlons in the past, these were one-off events (and quite some time ago!)
What I have committed to is completing 10 Olympic distance triathlons every day for 10 days straight.
Each day, I will be swimming 1.5km, cycling 40km, and running 10km. Over the 10 day period, this will equate to swimming 15km, cycling 400km, and running 100km in total. All with 6 weeks to prepare physically (and mentally!)
Committing to this challenge pushes me well out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to not only grow personally, but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping those experiencing homelessness.
