My Challenge is to Have 2 cold showers per day and only drink water for the 10 days EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
It makes me mentally have to put myself in the right space. It also makes me look at what others might look at a shower for I’m lucky to have hot showers where some people in the world would love to have just a cold shower if they could. So doing this challenge lets me improve mentally that things aren’t to tough if others out there can do it
