My Challenge is to Walk 25,000 steps EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Physically walking 25,000 steps per day for 10 days will be uncomfortable for me because I'm far from fit. I weigh about 107kg & suffer with plantar fasciitis in both of my feet. I also sustained a grade 2 tear in two of the muscles in my right calf, a few months ago. This resulted in me having to use a moon boot & crutches for 8 weeks.
Mentally this challenge is uncomfortable for me because I'm a (widowed) solo mum to a 4 year old.
I work in the wellbeing department of a prep-12 small regional school in South West Victoria.
These two factors mean that I'm extremely time poor.
Despite this, I'm keen to give this challenge a red hot crack!! LETS GO!
