My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping those experiencing homelessness.

A few months ago Phoebe asked if we could give some money to a person she saw at the shops, she thought that they were experiencing homelessness. We decided to go and buy some food then realised that they were likely ok. Phoebe at first was embarrassed but I reassured her that it was ok and it made her a good person to think of someone else. It started a curiosity in her and it’s sparked a conversation between us as a family on how we are lucky to have what we have and what can we do to help others.

I’ve been following Nedd’s running journey and I did consider a physical challenge but Phoebe chose to do cold showers. So here we are. Please donate if you can a little goes a long way.
