My Challenge is to Run 5 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024

My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

My joints aren’t what they used to be and I am currently, certainly not a runner.
I’ve followed Nedds recent run and then listened to his audiobook and I’ve not been more inspired to get uncomfortable in a long time.
I know Nedd does at least double in one day than I will do in the entirety of my challenge but I hope it helps build some more mental and physical resilience and gives me a small insight into the mindset it takes to do what he does and also provides me with a stepping stone to bigger challenges in the future.
