My Challenge is to Swim 5 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024

bg my challenge

My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

Anyone that knows me well will know how much time & energy I dedicated to completing my first 70.3 Ironman within my first year of Triathlon! The training required so much discipline, for me one of the toughest challenges was the swimming. Winter mornings sitting outside waiting for the pool doors to open up and questioning why you are even doing this. From not being able to swim 50m at the start without gasping for air it has been rewarding to see myself progress each week. This challenge, 50km in 10 days will certainly push me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness. Let’s make a difference together.
