My Challenge is to Run 2 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Running this far every day makes my legs feel wobbly, and sometimes I get tired and want to stop. I might get sore, and the weather can be hot or rainy, which makes it even harder. I’m used to playing and running short distances, but this is a big leap!
But I’m doing it because I care about helping people who don’t have homes. Even though it’s uncomfortable, I know it’s for a good cause, and that helps me keep going. I hope you’ll support me and the people we’re helping along the way! Thank you!
My Updates
Day 10
Tuesday 29th Oct Today, I was eager to finish my Challenge so got out the door early to do my final 2km. My body is very sore and tired but I completed my run. And that's a wrap for my uncomfortable challenge. A total of 26km run and 17.6km ridden, and a whopping $9295 raised so far. Lessssggoooo!!!! ShareDay 9
Monday 28th Oct I really really did not want to run today. Mum bribed me to start on the treadmill, which I got bored after 400m. We then moved to run laps of the driveway (60m a lap). Soon I had completed 51 laps of monotonous running up and down. Another 3.06km added. A total of 24km run. ShareDay 8
Monday 28th Oct I am in a tough spot at the moment. My legs are exhausted but I'm doing a good thing so I just keep going. Another 2.5km completed. ShareDay 7
