My Challenge is to Run 10km, lift 1 tonne worth of weight and sleep outside. EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024

bg my challenge

My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

It pushes me out of my comfort zone. I’ll be sleeping outside in a swag or rooftop tent (regardless of weather). I’ve also never really partaken in weight training before, I’ll be lifting weights equal to (or more than) 1 tonne (1000kg) a day as part of my weight training. Weights only (dumbbells, bars, ect will count). Not machines already used for my workout. With the added pressure of running 10km daily also. Pushing myself to be better and reach goals just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally & physically but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping those experiencing homelessness.
