My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
The variety of exercise I am planning on doing (running , swimming, cycling, walking, rowing) will physically challenge by body and waking up before sunrise every morning will challenge my mind (and energy levels). I want to do this to make myself uncomfortable for those who don’t have the luxury of choosing their discomfort.My Updates

Monday 9th SepAlso the first run where I wasn't feeling incredibly sluggish eeek. I think the sunny weather definitely helped to lift the spirits after this weeks crazy weather in Melb!
