My Challenge is to Run 5 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.
Being apart of the movement for the last 2 years has opened my eyes and given me a new outlook on what homelessness is. Everyone deserves a fair chance and every $ makes a difference in someone else’s life.
I had originally set great intentions when I first heard about this challenge, but unfortunately due to a back injury in the beginning of the year I have to set realistic goals. This challenge will push me outside of my comfort zone as I still haven’t yet reached 5km on my return, but this is the perfect cause to push me that little bit further!
