My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.

Wednesday 30th Oct10km for 10 days
Really doesn’t sound that bad, 100km total that’s not that far is it ?
Well after completing day ten I can happily say it’s done. 10km isn’t that far really but back to back days of it with other CrossFit sessions, music festivals,golf & every day work and life makes it not only physically but mentally exhausting. There were days I didn’t want to step into the gym let alone row 10km there was 5 am rows there was 7pm rows and there was everything in between. Plenty of sweat puddles bit of blood and surprisingly no vomiting makes it a very successful 10 days in my books. Will I be doing it again anytime soon probably not. Has it sparked an interest for rowing again and helped me set some fun new goals for the end of the year and 2025. HELL YES.
Sometimes a little jump out side your comfort zone is all it takes just helped that this one was backed by an amazing cause.
