We are all so use to making excuses for why we can’t do something ,never for why we can. Watching Nedd go through the pain and suffering he did during this challenge, how he showed up everyday with no excuse. Made me realise how ignorant and ungrateful I have been. I wanna push my self to find the time with no excuse and get shit done.
