My Challenge is to Walk 10 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
After a stressful period at work, it has taken a toll on my exercise consistency, especially in the last three months. With my work schedule it will be a challenge as I will need to split it into two 5km blocks: 3:45am start in the dark in the mornings, then 4:30pm in the Perth heat in the afternoons. I also aim to keep up with my Pilates classes whilst doing this. I have always been inspired by Nedd and I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness. This cause has been forefront of my mind recently, about a month ago I came across a homeless man and his dog near my local supermarket, so I bought them some bags of groceries. No matter how big or small, every little bit does help and I hope meet my goal to help others in the same situation with their groceries and bills.
