My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...

It pushes me very far out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.

I have followed Nedds journey since his run across Australia and he has inspired me ever since. Nedd has given me the motivation and the push to overcome my biggest fear and go back to school at 27! I am now studying Teaching at University (and as seen on the live stream, at the track watching Nedd) and am hoping to use Nedds story to inspire my future students. 

As someone who has suffered multiple injuries, started Uni, and had multiple medical problems and diagnoses this year that has hindered my personal life, fitness and training, I am using Nedds Uncomfortable Challenge to fall back in love with exercise and get myself back on track. I know this will not be easy, but as Nedd always says, I need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable!
