It pushes me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.

Day 10 - finished!

Wow, what a 10 days! Nedd’s Uncomfortable Challenge has been such a difficult but rewarding experience. These past 10 days pushed me so much mentally and physically, especially because for the most part they coincided with my last week of uni for the semester. Finding the time (and motivation) to run ten kilometres every single day in between work, uni and end of semester assignments was a struggle, but I made it to the end! X

Day 9 - sorry to disappoint, it’s another walk

My app glitched and didn’t save my freakin run!! That’s what I get for using a free one & not paying for strava :( my run was the normal route - 10kms at I think 1 hr 29 - the slowest yet because I am FEELING IT. I can fact check my run with my iPhone health app if there’s any non believers, currently sitting at 21,419 steps for the day. 🥵🥴😭 anyways here’s a sweaty run pic instead :(
