My Challenge is to wake up at 4am, complete a 5 and 6am gym class + an extra hour of walk, run or swim. Ivy is going to run 400m and add on 200m every day EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
it’s going to test my body’s ability to adapt to waking up earlier, adding in extra training sessions times will test my endurance. Ivy’s going to be running lengths that she doesn’t normally run, back to back
