As a couple we are constantly striving to undertake new experiences that challenge us on a daily basis. We have been totally inspired by Nedd and have followed his journey over the last couple of years and if we can make just a small percentage of the difference that he has made for people who are in unfortunate positions then we will be happy!

Our challenge
Thursday 29th AugWe have decided that rather than complete one uncomfortable task every day for 10 days we will complete 1 different individual challenge everyday for 10 days.
The daily challenges will consist of:
Day 1: Bondi-Coogee sunrise run and swim
Day 2: 10km run
Day 3: Read 200 pages
Day 4: Live off 10 dollars for 24 hours
Day 5: 4am gym session
Day 6: Go cold for 24 hours (showers, food, no heating)
Day 7: Walk 42km
Day 8: 10 min ice bath
Day 9: Not eat for 24 hours. We will also be making nutritious meals that we will personally take around and give to the homeless people on the streets of Sydney.
Day 10: 100km cycle
