My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Since my sudden pause in my rugby playing days, I have most definitely lost touch with my cardio side of fitness. I have not ran 10km for as long as I can remember & after watching Nedd do his thing, it has inspired me to dig deep. Between stripping all carbs out of my nutrition and long distance cardio, I have my work cut out for me. But I’m ready.
When I finish the 10 days, I would love to feel like I have made more of a difference then just MY fitness or MY mindset. Homelessness is such a huge issue in Australia, honestly it is heartbreaking that anyone in the greatest country of all is without a place to lay their head at night and call home. I will do my hardest to push Nedd’s message and find the support these people need. COME ONN
