My Challenge is to Run 10 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I haven't run 10km ever in my life, let alone for 10 days in a row... it might not seem like a lot for other people, but for me this will be a bloody challenge.
This will definitely push me out of my comfort zone and put strain on my physical and mental health, but ultimately will push me to grow as a person.
