Harkness Fam Bam
As a family, we have been inspired by Nedd's journey and have been chatting about "We are Mobilise" & how we can get involved! What challenges we can set that would make us uncomfortable.
We're all giving up sweet treats for the 10 days and individually we're:
LJ is planning on running minimum of 6.4km each day for 10 days, pushing myself for more and will be cutting my DOOM SCROLLING on Socials to 30mins only per day!
Zane (9) is giving up Screen Time (TV/Switch/Ipad) Adventure shows with the family together excepted!
Zayla (6) is giving up sweet treats & screen time also.
Both kids will also be completing 20mins physical exercise each day!
We're stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.
