My Challenge is to Run 21 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
Running was a weakness turned into my strength. It has got me through some challenging times and if there is one HUGE impact running has led to, it’s made me into the person I am today. To always be reminded that I’m a better human as each day goes by & to be absolutely grateful that my body is capable of achieving many things. I have been personally completing a half marathon once per week as part of my training regime for my Ironman 70.3 - and with this challenge, I want to see what my mental & physical capabilities are made of for a great, great cause.
This challenge will push me out of my comfort zone, just like Nedd’s journey inspires us all to do. I'm stepping up to this challenge to not only grow personally but also to raise awareness and support for We Are Mobilise, helping people in Australia experiencing homelessness.
