I’m doing Ned’s Uncomfortable Challenge because I believe stepping outside my comfort zone is essential for growth. As a parent, life is already a balancing act, and taking on this challenge will push me to manage my time and energy even more efficiently. I want to prove to myself that even with the demands of parenthood, I can still commit to personal challenges that test my resilience and help me grow both mentally and physically
