My Challenge is to Run 10 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I’m not a runner, I’m working on it though.
I’m not an early riser, I’m working on it though.
What better way to tackle both in a profound way and also raise money for an great cause.
We just saw Nedd conquer 1000 miles. I see people in my everyday life, in my circles, conquering their own 1000 miles every day. I see Mum’s with two kids balancing family, work, and still showing up to the gym. I see battlers, waking up and pulling themselves out of bed every morning, when things are tough.
What’s my excuse? There isn’t one.
Get out there, commit, do it. You’ll either make it, or learn something valuable along the way.
Either way, growth is guaranteed.
I’ll be up at 5am every morning and running/walking 10km everyday. What will you be doing?
