My Challenge is to Run 21 kilometres EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS IN 2024
My challenge is uncomfortable for me because...
I have only ever once ran a half marathon and are setting my self the challenge of running a half marathon (21kms) every day for 10 days which is a total of 210 kms combined,I may be way over my head but knew if I chose a distance that I was able to compete with ease I would feel like I’m not giving it my absolute all there for I may aswell call it the comfortable challenge.
I think this challenge will push me to my absolute limits and and may want to quit at times but after watching Ned complete 1000miles I have seen what the human body is physically capable of and know I will be able to keep pushing .
