Nedd has inspired me through dark times and taught me the art of showing up and being comfortable in the uncomfortable. This is my chance to give back and support people in Australia who are experiencing homelessness. I invite you to join me on this journey to make a difference.

As part of the challenge, I have committed to waking up at 3:00 a.m each day, embarking on a 25km run (for a total of 250km, equivalent to the distance from Sydney to Canberra), and taking cold showers.
Moreover, this challenge is not just about personal development but also an opportunity to give back to those in need. We aim to support individuals experiencing homelessness in Australia, and I invite you to join me in making a difference.
